How do I log into Stitch Club for the first time?
Once you’ve subscribed to Stitch Club, you’ll receive an email from us with the subject line ‘[Stitch Club] Your invitation’.
- Click on the button that says ‘Accept invitation’ (it’s at the bottom of the email).
- A new page will open in your default browser. On that page, set up the password you’ll use to log into the Stitch Club members area, by entering it twice. Your password should be at least 6 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one number and one of the following special characters: ! ? * $
(Do not include any special characters other than one of these) - Check the box to accept the terms and conditions.
- Click on the button that says ‘Accept invitation’.
- Next, you’ll set up your Stitch Club profile and be given the option to take a short tour of the members area, to get started with confidence.
Where is my Stitch Club email invitation?
If you’ve registered for Stitch Club, but you can’t find the email invitation in your inbox, here are a few things to try:
- Type the words ‘[Stitch Club] Your invitation‘ into the search function in your email inbox.
- Search for the sender no-reply@circle.so (the invitation is automated and comes from Circle.so, which is the platform we use to host Stitch Club).
- Check your spam or junk folder to make sure the invitation hasn’t landed in there by mistake.
- Ensure you are looking for your invitation in the correct inbox. It will be automatically sent to the email address you used to register for Stitch Club. If you registered via PayPal, the invitation will go to the email address associated with your PayPal account.
- If you still can’t find your email invitation, please click here to let the TextileArtist.org community support team know and we’ll resend your invitation.
Why did I reach the incorrect page when I clicked ‘Accept invitation’ in the email invitation?
If you click on ‘Accept invitation’ in the email and the page you land on looks different to the one shown below, click here to let the TextileArtist.org community support team know and we’ll resend your invitation.
Why is the log-in page circling back on itself? How do I log in?
If you have clicked ‘Accept invitation’ and entered a password but the log-in page is circling back on itself, it may be that your device's software is out of date, or your device is not supported. Here are some options to resolve this:
- Check for updates and make sure your device is using the most recent version of its operating software.
- If you are using an Apple device, click here to find out how to update the operating software.
- If you are using an Android device, click here to find out how to update the operating software.
- Try using a different device to try to access Stitch Club, if possible.
- Contact us and let us know the make and model number of your device, and the version of the operating system it is using. Click here to share this information with the TextileArtist.org community support team and they will be able to assist you further.
