What happens if I cancel my subscription?
We understand that Stitch Club isn’t the right fit for everyone, or that sometimes personal circumstances mean you need to take a break.
Stitch Club operates on a subscription basis. Your subscription gives you access to the members area, where we host the library of workshop videos and supporting materials, the Stitch Club community, the resources, the workshop leader feedback and the Q&As.
As with all subscription services, access is exclusive to current paying members.
When you cancel your subscription, your access to the members area will end on the date the next payment was due.
Can I keep the workshop materials?
As stated in the Stitch Club terms and conditions, the workshop videos aren’t downloadable, which means that when you end your membership, you will no longer be able to view them.
You can, however, download the workbooks and inspirational ebooks which accompany the workshops, so you can revisit techniques and processes at your own leisure. Please remember to download any workbooks or ebooks for workshops you’re interested in, before your access ends.
Can I rejoin Stitch Club?
If you change your mind within a month of ending your Stitch Club subscription, we’d be happy to reinstate your membership at the same cost as you originally signed up for. To restart your subscription, contact the TextileArtist.org community support team.
Beyond that, we’d love to welcome you back in the future. We release a limited number of spaces each month, exclusively available to those who've expressed their interest by signing up to the Stitch Club waitlist. You can keep up to date with when we are accepting new members by subscribing to the Stitch Club waitlist here.
What if my payment fails?
If your credit or debit card expires, we will attempt to take payment four times over a ten day period. We'll always notify you via email if payments fail, to give you fair warning and a chance to update your credit or debit card details in the Stitch Club customer hub. After the fourth failed attempt, your access to the members area will be suspended until your card details have been updated.
