Where are my Stitch Club emails?
If you have stopped receiving your regular Stitch Club emails and they are not appearing in your spam folder, please complete this form to tell us about the issue.
Once you’ve submitted the form, a member of the TextileArtist.org community support team will get back to you.
Why are my Stitch Club emails going to the wrong address?
If you’ve updated the email address you use to log into Stitch Club members area, but your emails are still going to a different address, please complete this form – in the section ‘What can we help you with?’, choose ‘I’d like to update the email address I use for Stitch Club’ from the dropdown menu.
We’ll then check and update your email address across our systems and send you an email when it’s done. This can sometimes take a few days, so please be patient.
How do I update my billing email address?
If your payments are set up with PayPal, you can update your email address by logging into your PayPal account and updating your profile settings.
If you pay with credit or debit card, please complete this form – in the section ‘What can we help you with?’, choose ‘I’d like to update the email address I use for Stitch Club’ from the dropdown menu.
We’ll then check and update your email address and send you an email when it’s been done. This can sometimes take a few days, so please be patient.
