🔑 How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to change it, just follow these steps:

Click ‘Forgot your password?’

Enter the email address you used to register for Stitch Club, then click ‘Reset my password’

Go to your email inbox and look for an email with the subject line:
‘Reset password instructions’
📩 Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder just in case!

In the email, click the link that says ‘Change my password’

Enter your new password in the box provided

Re-enter the same password in the ‘Confirm password’ box

Click ‘Change password’

You may be asked to prove you’re not a robot with a simple image captcha

You’ll receive an email confirmation that your password has been updated, and you’ll then be able to log in to the members’ area
📩 Again, check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it right away
💡 Tip: Make a note of your new password and keep it somewhere safe.
🚫 Why is my new password being rejected?
To keep your account secure, your new password must:

Be at least 6 characters long
-
Include at least one uppercase letter
-
Include at least one number
-
Include one of these special characters:
!
?
*
$
Do not use any other special characters outside this list.
Also, make sure your new password is different from any previous passwords you’ve used to log into Stitch Club.
