We understand that Stitch Club may not be the right fit for everyoneโor that life changes can mean you need to take a break.
Stitch Club works on a subscription basis, giving you access to:

As with all subscription services, access is exclusive to active paying members.
When you cancel your subscription, your access will end on the date your next payment would have been due.
๐ฅ Can I keep the workshop materials?
The workshop videos are not downloadable, so once your membership ends, youโll no longer be able to view them.
However, you can download:

The inspirational ebooks that accompany each workshop
We recommend downloading any resources you'd like to keep before your membership ends, so you can continue exploring techniques and ideas in your own time.
๐ Can I rejoin Stitch Club?
Yes, and weโd love to welcome you back!
If you change your mind within one month of ending your subscription, weโre usually able to reinstate your membership at the same rate you originally signed up for.

If more than a month has passed, youโre still very welcome to return in the future.

๐ณ What happens if my payment fails?
If your card expires or thereโs an issue with payment, weโll make four attempts to collect payment over a 10-day period.
Youโll receive email notifications after each failed attempt, so youโll have the opportunity to:

Update your card details in the Stitch Club customer hub

Avoid any interruption to your access
- We use a payment system called Samcart to process payments - this has the same security level as you bank.
If weโre unable to process payment after four attempts, your access will be suspended until updated payment details are provided.
