π I can't access my workshops and it's asking me to pay or join again
If you're being prompted to pay or rejoin when trying to access your workshops, this is usually caused by one of the following:
- You're logged out: Some devices and browsers automatically log you out over time.
- A failed payment: If a payment couldn't be collected, your access may have been suspended.
- A cancelled subscription: Access ends at the close of your last paid billing period.
- A browser or technical issue: Outdated browsers or cached data can sometimes prevent the members' area from loading correctly.
Try these steps in order:
- Make sure you're logged in at https://textileartist.org/stitchclub
- Update your browser to the latest version, or switch to Google Chrome
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page
- Restart your computer and try again
- Check your billing status by going to Settings β Billing in your Stitch Club account
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact our support team and we'll look into it for you.
π°How do I access my billing information and see my upcoming payments?
To view your upcoming payments you can now see these listed in your Stitch Club profile. Please note that you need to log into the website as opposed to the App.
Here's how:
- Log in to the members' area at https://textileartist.org/stitchclub
- Click on your profile icon (top-right corner) and select "Settings"
- Go to the "Billing" section on the left-hand menu
From there you can see the cost of your subscription and when the next payment is due to be taken.
Note: If you cannot see any subscriptions or billing information listed please do let us know, it is likely that you have paid for the Stitch Club via PayPal and we will be able to get that information for you. We cannot connect Paypal with the Stitch Club at present but we are working hard to solve this.

π° For PayPal Payments
If you subscribed via PayPal, updates need to be made through your PayPal account:
- Log into PayPal at https://www.paypal.com
- Click 'Wallet' in the top menu
- Choose 'Link a card' and enter your new card information
- Once added, click 'Set as preferred' to ensure future payments are taken from this new card
β Why has my Stitch Club payment failed?
Payment failures usually occur for a few common reasons:
- Your card has expired
- Your bank account has insufficient funds
- Your bank has blocked the payment (especially for international charges)
If everything looks correct, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider to check for issues or authorisation blocks.
π« Why has my members' area access been suspended?
Your Stitch Club workshop access may be suspended for one of three reasons:
- A failed payment: We try up to ten times to collect payment. If all attempts fail, your membership is automatically suspended.
- Subscription cancellation: If you've cancelled, you'll retain access until your current billing period ends (the next scheduled payment date).
- Login: You may be logged out unintentionally of the Stitch Club. Some devices and internet providers automatically log you out. Make sure that you are logged in.
Note: Workshop videos are viewable only in the private members' area and are not downloadable, in line with artist copyright protection.
You can, however, download the workbooks and inspirational ebooks, which are yours to keep. Please download anything you'd like to revisit before your access ends.
