📬 Where Are My Stitch Club Emails?
If you’ve stopped receiving your regular Stitch Club emails and they’re not appearing in your spam or junk folder, there may be an issue with your email settings.

📧 Why Are My Emails Going to the Wrong Address?
If you’ve changed the email address you use to log into the Stitch Club members’ area, but your emails are still arriving at your old address, we can help update things across our systems.

💳 How Do I Update My Billing Email Address?

If you pay via PayPal, you can update your email address directly by logging into your PayPal account and adjusting your profile settings.

If you pay using a credit or debit card, and would like to change your billing email address,
