If the Stitch Club videos aren’t loading or are buffering, there may be an issue with your device settings. Try these fixes:
- Make sure your browser version is up to date and any updates are installed.
- Switch your device off and on again. Restarting your device can trigger any pending app updates that may be affecting playback.
- Use Google Chrome, as it’s the most compatible browser.
- Clear/refresh your cache and cookies. After you have done this you may need to log in again.
