🔑 How to log into Stitch Club and solve common access issues
If you’ve previously logged into Stitch Club and are now experiencing password problems,

🆕 How do I log into Stitch Club for the first time?
Once you’ve subscribed to Stitch Club, you’ll receive an email with the subject line:
‘[Stitch Club] Your invitation’.

Open the email and click the ‘Accept invitation’ button (you’ll find it at the bottom of the message).

A new page will open in your default browser. (we recommend Google Chrome)

Set up your password by entering it twice.

Your password must be at least 6 characters long and include:
-
At least one uppercase letter
-
At least one number
-
At least one of the following special characters:
!
,?
,*
or$
(Avoid using any other special characters.)

Tick the box to accept the terms and conditions.

Click the ‘Accept invitation’ button to proceed.

You’ll then be prompted to set up your Stitch Club profile, and you’ll have the option to take a quick tour of the members’ area to get started with confidence.
📩 Where is my Stitch Club email invitation?
If you’ve registered for Stitch Club but haven’t received your invitation email, try the following:

Search for the subject line:
‘[Stitch Club] Your invitation’ -
Check for the sender:
no-reply@circle.so
(The invitation is automated and comes from the platform we use to host Stitch Club.) -
Look in your spam or junk folder—it may have landed there by mistake.

Make sure you’re checking the correct inbox.

Your invitation is automatically sent to the email address you used to register for Stitch Club.

If you registered via PayPal, it will be sent to the email linked to your PayPal account.

Still can’t find the invitation?

❌ Why did I land on the wrong page after clicking ‘Accept invitation’?
If clicking ‘Accept invitation’ takes you to a page that looks incorrect or unexpected:
👉 Click here to let us know and we’ll resend your invitation so you can start fresh.
🔁 Why is the log-in page circling back on itself? How do I log in?
If you’ve accepted your invitation and entered a password, but the log-in page keeps refreshing or looping, it may be due to your device’s software being out of date or not being supported.
Try the following steps:
- Make sure you are accessing the Stitch Club from Google Chrome web browser. It's free to use and download and tends to be the most reliable and secure internet browser.

Check for software updates on your device and install the latest version of the operating system.
