🔄 Switching Devices: How to Log Out and Log In
For the smoothest experience, we recommend logging into the Stitch Club members’ area on just one device or computer at a time. So if you're switching devices, here’s what to do:
1. Log Out on Your Old Device

Click on your profile thumbnail image.

On a laptop or desktop, you’ll find it in the top left corner.

On a phone or tablet, it’s also in the top right corner.

Then click ‘Sign out’.
2. Log In on Your New Device
Once you’ve signed out on the old device, go to the Stitch Club log-in page on your new device and log in as usual.
🌐 Recommended Web Browser
For the best experience when accessing the members’ area, we recommend using Google Chrome. In our experience, it tends to be the most reliable and glitch-free browser when it comes to viewing workshop videos, posting in the community, and navigating the platform smoothly.
Other browsers may work too, but if you’re running into any odd behaviour or technical issues, switching to Chrome is often the quickest fix!
